Put your shoes on when going to the bathroom!
There are a lot of things that you wouldn’t do on the train, but some people do it on planes. Think about it this way: the bathrooms are the dirtiest places in any mode of transport, no matter which one it is. If you are on a long flight and you took off your shoes, put them back on when you go to the bathroom.
There are all sorts of liquids on the floor?. Not just water. Not to mention you will get your socks soaked which is not the best feeling. Even worse if you do not have socks on. Do you have kids with you on the flight and they gotta go potty? Put their shoes on. Believe us.
You cannot take the life vests under the seat with you!
This one should go without saying, but some people think that taking the life vest with them is okay. Obviously, it is not, and if you know anyone who ever contemplated that, make sure to warn them. Or if you happen to see someone that is taking one of the life vests from under the seat when there’s no emergency going on, let them know they are both stealing and endangering the next passenger that will be seated in the same place on the next flight. Nothing says warning better than letting someone know they might be responsible for someone’s death.
